COURSE CONTENTS

In this course you will receive, instructions and practices for internal development, the dissolution of the ego and the awakening of consciousness.

During the course you will receive instructions and guidance on issues ensenciales about spirituality, self-knowledge and spiritual practices.

In the satsang you can ask questions to clarify your doubts and you will also receive guidelines to help overcome difficulties and obstacles.
Theory - Methodology – Practice
Theory

Will be given the principples about Advaita Vedanta (Nonduality), self-knowledge and the awakening of consciousness. The essential concepts about the Self, the mind, the three gunas (sattva-rajas-tamas), the sheaths (koshas), the ego, the ignorance, desires, karma , bodage and freedom. The fundamentals of Jnana Yoga which s the direct path for the realization of nondual Self. The fundamentals and the the importance of other yogas in the path of jnana yoga.

Presentation of human psychology according the yoga and Ayurveda. The basic principles that constitute the physical body and the vital energies that animate the body and mind.

Analysis of the functioning of the ego, its main expressions and defense mechanisms. The mechanism of desire, the egoic tendencies and negative emotions. The main qualities that cause the ego’s illusions and generate suffering: Superimposition, identification, imagination, association.
